Students will explore a variety of topics including fundamentals and principles of real estate; sources of financing; state and federal influences on financing; legal rights of owners, buyers and brokers; property appraisal; contract negotiations; and closing. An excellent instructional staff and a strong relationship with local real estate firms give real estate students at Collin College a personalized, practical, high quality educational experience.

Licensure Notice: Students who have been involved with the criminal system, please be advised that your background could keep you from being licensed by the State of Texas. If you have a question about your background and licensure, please speak with your faculty member or the department chair.
