  Since offering its first classes at area high schools in 1985, Collin College has expanded to serve more than 56,000 credit and continuing education students each year. The only public college based in the county, the college offers more than 100 degrees and certificates in a wide range of disciplines, including a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), a Bachelor of Applied Technology (BAT) in Cybersecurity, and a new Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.) in Construction Management to be offered beginning fall 2022.. Web Developer Certificate

Most courses require textbooks. Course syllabi provide textbook information. Many of the classes are offered for both PC and Mac.

Requirements

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of required courses. The Registrar's office requires a minimum of 90% attendance for each class to be transcribed.

Upon successful completion of all requirements, email CECertificate@collin.edu to request your certificate. Please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your certificate.

Given the emerging and ever expanding importance of the world wide web to most business and organizations, it is no surprise there are over 70 web profession job titles in the metroplex alone. The web developer certification is a great start for those interested in entering this field. Web developers require both creative and technical skill sets. Some current job titles enlisting web developer skills include:
