Meghan Cardwell-Wilson, Professor of Dance
Meghan Cardwell-Wilson enjoys moving and writing. She is a Professor of Dance and Dance Discipline Lead at Collin College and a company member with Full Circle Dance. Meghan spent ten years with Muscle Memory Dance Theatre (M2DT) as a performer, choreographer, and company manager. Her choreography has been presented at the American College Dance Association, Austin College, Barefoot Brigade, Brazos Dance Festival, Collin College, The Exchange, Oklahoma Contemporary Dance Festival, Out of the Loop Festival, Tarrant County College, Texas Woman’s University, and with the Ghost Town Arts Collective at the Las Cruces Museum of Art.
Meghan has studied at Bates Dance Festival and the American Dance Festival. She earned
an M.F.A. in Dance from Texas Woman's University, graduating with the department's
excellence in research and writing award. As an undergraduate student, she double
majored in English and Philosophy at Austin College in Sherman, TX, graduating magna
cum laude.
