The Art Gallery at Collin College Hosts Fall 2022 Student Open Exhibition

Dec. 7, 2022 The Art Gallery at Collin College will host the Fall 2022 Student Open Exhibition from Dec. 7, 2022-Jan. 11, 2023 at the Plano Campus. A reception is planned for Dec. 8 from 3-6 p.m. in the gallery. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.

The annual exhibition features works by Collin College Fine Arts students. The diversity of media and styles make this show a unique opportunity for students to learn about art courses offered at Collin and for the public to view the students successful works. Art courses offered at Collin include 2-D design, 3-D design, ceramics, communication design, digital arts, drawing, figure drawing, jewelry/art metals, painting, photography, printmaking, sculpture, and watercolor.

The Dec. 8 reception will include traditional Polish music and holiday caroling performed by Dr. Alicja Usarek, Dr. Matson Topper, and student Ana Elisa Pereira.
