The Art Gallery at Collin College will host the exhibition “Invisible Spaces” from Feb. 9 through March 4. A reception is planned from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 19. The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public.

Sudeep Kumar’s works are like a meditation, a silent conversation with oneself. His work captures the energy of a place or event and presents it to the audience to have them connect to the subject as if it is an integral part of their lives. Kumar invites the audience to step back from their busy lives and explore their surroundings fully. He uses charcoal, ink pen, and watercolor to create the artworks and uses minimum media/material to prioritize simplicity without impacting the message he is trying to convey.
