Collaborate with Collin College to build your apprenticeship program. Collin College will help you define the occupation, skills, training schedule, and required instruction. Once finalized, your program will be registered with the U.S. Department of Labor, either under your company or Collin College as the official sponsor.
Select apprentices — new hires or current employees — and begin training. Your team provides paid on-the-job training, and Collin College delivers the related technical instruction. Apprentices progress through specified milestones with corresponding wage increases. Upon completion, they earn nationally recognized credentials.
