• Apply the technical skills necessary to work within banking or financial services technical support, maintenance, and development.
• Effectively communicate, interact, and work with individuals and groups by utilizing strong verbal and non-verbal communication.
• Describe mortgage loans used to buy homes and other types of real estate.
• Manage commercial lending, financial modeling skills, larger credits, and/or commercial real estate finance.
• Execute credit charges against customers' accounts.
• Develop the knowledge and skills needed to become a successful Investor and help others invest successfully.
• Perform prospecting, cold calling, nurturing, engaging, presenting, negotiating and closing the sale, and explain the product, markets, trends, and business.
• Demonstrate the qualities that allow two or more sides to reach a compromise.
