Phase III Expansions, New Buildings and Programs

Over the last 10 years, Collin College's credit enrollment has increased by 31% and continues to grow. This bond will allow for new facilities and expansions to accommodate growing enrollment.
Several Collin College campuses lack the space to accommodate all students interested in Career and Technical Education (CTE) in high-demand fields, and general academic programs. By expanding the facilities, this bond addresses a growing workforce.

Frisco Campus Health Sciences Expansion

Builds on Phase I of Destination 2030 by expanding unfinished space for high-demand healthcare programs in endoscopy and occupational therapy.
Scope includes dedicated space for doctoral and graduate-level pathways with a regional university partner.

Wylie Campus Workforce Expansions

Builds on Phase I of Destination 2030 by expanding unfinished space at the Wylie CTE building to accommodate Welding and HVAC expansions.
Supports growing demand in these high-demand fields.

New Anna Campus

Collin College currently owns 104 acres in the city of Anna for a future campus.
The new campus would be designed to support CTE programs and general classroom space to accommodate the workforce needs of this fast-growing region.
The campus would be designed to expand with future growth, with dedicated unfinished space for future buildout.

Farmersville Campus Workforce Expansion

CTE expansion to support high-demand transportation, welding, and advanced manufacturing programming in this portion of the county.

New Royse City Campus

Collin College has secured a site for a future campus in eastern Collin County through a land donation from the Royse City Economic Development Corporation. The campus is intended to expand access to higher education and workforce training in the area.
The new campus would provide space for CTE programs and general classroom use, accommodating workforce training and academic instruction.
The campus would be designed to accommodate future growth, with unfinished space for future build-out.
