Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition Refund Policy for CE Courses

  • 100% refund given if a course is dropped prior to the first class meeting – log into your account on the MyLearning page where you registered to initiate the process
  • No refund is given after the start time of the first class meeting
  • Exceptions to the refund policy are only offered due to an unforeseen medical condition or a death in the family
  • For questions, to request a refund exception, or more information, please contact the Continuing Education Office at CEhelp@collin.edu

 

Course Cancellations

  • A course is canceled when there is insufficient enrollment two business days prior to the first class meeting
  • Students will be notified of the cancellation by email and/or phone by the CE administration office personnel
  • A 100% refund will be processed automatically - please allow two to four weeks to receive the refund
