A concurrent (inbound)/visiting international student applicant is a student who has an I-20 from another university/college and wants to transfer the credit earned at Collin College back to their home school without transferring their I-20. Concurrent F-1 international student applicants are required to complete the following steps.

Ready to start? The first step to starting your future at Collin College is to complete the online admissions application through Apply Texas by the application deadline.

Apply TodayYou will receive an email with your login credentials. Use these credentials to sign into your Collin Applicant Portal to see your customized list of application requirements and to submit the following required documentation.
- Passport - Your passport must be valid for at least the next six months.
- Most recent/current transcript (must match the I-20)
- Current continued Attendance I-20
- F-1 Visa
- Approval from home institution
Once you receive your welcome email with login credentials, you can sign into your Workday Student portal to see your customized list of registration and onboarding requirements.
Registration Requirements:
- Bacterial Meningitis Vaccination Requirement - Students under 22 must provide proof of immunization or exemption.
- Campus Safety Training
- F-1 Visa
- TSI Assessment - Students must complete the TSI assessment or have an approved exemption.
