Mediation and Dispute Resolution Certificate Training

The Mediation and Dispute Resolution Certificate Training course provide education, training, and skill development for students interested in serving as an impartial third party court-appointed mediator.  Students will analyze various case studies and role play a mediation session.  The Mediation and Dispute Resolution Certificate course meets the 40-hour requirement per Texas State Law Section 154.052.  The course will also meet the Standards of the Texas Alternative Dispute Resolution Procedures Act (Texas ADR).
