Which immunizations are required?

Please visit our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to review the required immunizations and documents for our clinical programs. FAQs

Is the Covid-19 vaccine required?

Collin College does NOT mandate or require the COVID Vaccine for any of our students or staff. HOWEVER, due to the recent government mandate for all Medicare/Medicaid-funded medical facilities, our clinical partner organizations DO require students to provide verification of COVID vaccination in order to participate in clinical rotations at their locations. Students who elect not to provide the COVID vaccination verification risk being unable to receive clinical placement and therefore failing to complete the clinical requirements for certification.

Will transportation be provided to clinical sites?

No. All students are responsible for their own reliable transportation to their assigned clinical facilities.
