The Courtyard Center (CYC) opened in 1993. Located near the intersection of Park Blvd. and Preston Rd. in Plano.
The Courtyard Center houses:
Continuing Education and Workforce Development, which is the leading career skills training institution for adults. More than 70 industry recognized certificate series and certification preparation training programs are offered in the information technology, management, administrative, finance, logistics, health sciences, education, creative, entrepreneurial, service and hospitality career fields.
Collin Corporate College, which provides customized, corporate training to area businesses in every sector
Seniors Active in Learning (SAIL), which is a participant-led lifelong learning program offered to students
55 years of age and older.
Collin Small Business Development Center (SBDC), which offers no cost, customized business consulting and training to help entrepreneurs grow successful businesses. Through the collaboration of Collin College, the U.S. Small Business Administration and the State of Texas, the Collin SBDC promotes business success by providing management education.
